Where was Went?
I’m not sure, as I go through the Internet where Went was hiding out in 2003 and 2004. I know I can find him in a few video’s and I’m going to write about that, but first, I’m going to move to his TV roles in 2005. We’ve already discussed Joan of Arcadia but I didn’t tell you about his role in Ghost Whisperer . And, again, I can find tons of videos of Went and the such but I can’t really say that it’s worth it.
So, instead of wasting precious space, I’m going to give you some more quotes and facts. This stuff insterests me far more than any video of him that only last 20 seconds. So, here goes…
I’ve read in many places where when Went meets new people, they have a difficult time seperating him from his role as Michael Scofield. And, I mean, who wouldn’t love the Michael Scofield guy? He’s smart, he is loving and he is compassionate to go with all that smarts. But, Went is Went not Michael and he says, ” My character [in Prison Break] needs to be formidable. In reality, I’m not very tough at all.”
That cracks me up because honestly, his role in Prison Break doesn’t come across as formidable and/or tough. His character is one of intelligence and I have to say, I think I love that as much as anything. But, I’d love to get to Went. I’ve seen photos of him with females and he will usually be very casually dressed and a huge smile on his face. And, if you watch Prison Break, you know he doesn’t smile much on the show so seeing those photos of him, even if they are with women (that aren’t me), that big nice smile is awesome.
He is so humble too. He talks about his co-star in The Human Stain, Anthony Hopkins, and he says, “The man is a legend and I’ve always been a huge fan of his work” So, he acts as if he doesn’t even realize that people are just as crazy about him as anyone has been of Anthony Hopkins.
And, he does mention his relationships with women and he says this, “My last meaningful relationship was about a year ago and lasted only a few months, but it was hot and heavy; those are the best kind.” So, maybe when I’m old and gray or in my next life, I might get a chance to meet and chat with this awesome man.
And, my favorite part, photo time….This is my all time favorite photo of Wentworth. I have searched the internet high and low and I’ve yet to find a picture that looks better than this…
